Memorandum for cooperation download

The initiative for establishment of Educational Intra Network in the frames of ECMI network for improvement of interethnic relation originate back in the middle of 2003. The need to contribute in fulfillment of educational gap also taking into consideration the social sphere of everyday life, as well as the need for establishment of well-built lobby group for the adjustments of the legislative act led to establishment of this initiative. The lobby group will contribute in animation of the wider public through encouragement for more serious initiatives directed to marginalized and discriminated groups of children and youngsters.

The process will be developed as continuous and multilevel coordination and cooperation among NGOs and institutions, whose results may influence the organizational and working policy on school level, on municipality level and on national level in the frames of the Ministry for science and education as well.

Consequently, the proposed approach recognizes joined participation in the preparation and implementation of the activities, in promoting the schools as appropriate institution for accomplishment of the principles of the Convention on the children’s rights.

The introduction of the Intra Network for Education had developed through series of activities, beginning with the formulation of its structure, the Memorandum for cooperation, the Code to capacity building of its members in gaining fundraising, lobbying and advocacy skills.
